Educational Background and Career Passion

I graduated from Henan Agricultural University, majoring in animal science. During my time in school, I systematically studied animal genetics, nutrition, disease control and other aspects of knowledge, laying a solid foundation for my future career. This learning experience not only gave me a deeper understanding of animal husbandry, but also inspired my love for this industry.

I always believe that animal husbandry is an important cornerstone for the development of human society. It provides us with abundant food resources such as meat, eggs and dairy products to meet people’s daily needs. At the same time, animal husbandry is also a pillar industry of the rural economy, providing employment opportunities and sources of income for farmers. Therefore, I am determined to apply the knowledge and skills I have acquired to practical work and contribute to the prosperity and development of the animal husbandry industry.

Since stepping into this industry, I have been deeply attracted by the charm of animal husbandry. I love dealing with animals and paying attention to their growth and health. Whenever I see carefully raised livestock thriving, I feel immensely satisfied and proud. This love and sense of responsibility for animal husbandry makes me always maintain a high level of enthusiasm and a spirit of continuous improvement in my work.

Professional Experience and Achievements

I started my career in a well-known livestock company. There, as a breeding specialist, I was responsible for the genetic improvement and breed optimization of animals. I studied the genetic characteristics of different breeds in depth, and through scientific selection and breeding methods, I successfully bred a number of new breeds that are adapted to the local environment and have high-yield and high-quality characteristics. The promotion of these new breeds has not only improved the economic benefits of farmers, but also promoted the progress of the entire animal husbandry industry.

With the accumulation of experience, I gradually took on more responsibilities. I have been involved in several advanced breeding programs, which not only introduce the latest technological tools, such as gene editing and intelligent breeding management systems, but also promote the development of the livestock industry in a more precise and efficient direction. Through our efforts, the productivity of livestock has been significantly enhanced and the welfare of animals has been greatly improved.

In terms of teamwork, I always maintain an open and cooperative attitude. I am well aware that one person’s strength is limited, and only when the team works together can we achieve more. Therefore, I actively communicate with my colleagues, share my experience and skills, and work together to solve problems encountered in my work. It is this spirit of teamwork that has enabled our team to achieve excellence in the industry and has been recognized and awarded many times.

Sustainable Practices and Environmental Philosophy

In order to promote the sustainable development of the livestock industry, I have actively participated in and promoted the implementation of several environmental protection measures.

I am committed to optimizing feed formulations to reduce waste and environmental pollution. I have studied the nutritional value and digestibility of various feed ingredients, and through scientific rationing, I have made the feeds more compatible with the needs of the animals, while reducing the generation of surplus feed.

I am concerned about the use of antibiotics and work to promote antibiotic-free farming models. I am actively researching alternatives to antibiotics, such as the use of probiotics, herbs and other natural substances to improve animal immunity and reduce the incidence of disease.

I also actively participate in waste treatment and utilization. We have set up a perfect waste treatment system to centralize the treatment of manure and wastewater produced during the breeding process, and transform them into organic fertilizers and other resources, so as to realize the resourceful utilization of waste.

I am concerned about animal welfare issues and strive to improve the living environment of animals. I believe that animal welfare is an important part of the sustainable development of animal husbandry. I actively participate in animal welfare training and awareness-raising to promote farmers to pay attention to the needs and welfare of their animals and to improve their animal husbandry management.

Future Outlook and Determination

Looking to the future, I am full of confidence and determination. I firmly believe that with the continuous progress of science and technology and people’s pursuit of environmental protection and healthy life, the livestock industry will usher in a broader development prospect. I will continue to devote myself to the innovation and development of the livestock industry, introduce more new technologies and methods, and promote the development of the livestock industry in a more efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable direction.

Only by allowing animals to grow in a comfortable and healthy environment can we ensure the quality and safety of our products. I will continue to learn and explore new animal welfare concepts and technologies to create a better living environment for animals.
